For those seeking a livelier atmosphere, the room also transforms beautifully for cocktail-style gatherings. Whether you’re toasting with 20 guests or hosting a full-scale private dinner, the Private Dining Room is the kind of space people never forget.

THE HERITAGE ROOM

Capacity: 40 seated | 180 standing

The Heritage Room offers sweeping views over the Verandah and Murray River, making it a truly unique setting for weddings, milestone celebrations, and private events. Separate from the main venue, this space provides both privacy and atmosphere, blending heritage character with modern functionality.

For those seeking more space, the Heritage Room can be extended with the adjoining Speakeasy (accommodating up to 200 guests) or combined with the Verandah for a riverside celebration of up to 280. And for a fully exclusive experience, the addition of our portable bar hire transforms the room into a self-contained event space, ensuring your guests have everything they need without leaving the party.

THE VERANDA'S (North & South)

CAPACITY: 70 standing

Choose from two charming verandah spaces that wrap around the riverside of the venue, overlooking the Murray, the jetties, and the beer garden. These heritage-inspired outdoor areas are adaptable year-round, with blinds that can be opened to let in the summer breeze or closed to keep guests comfortable in winter.

Perfect for cocktail-style celebrations of up to 70 guests, the Verandahs create a relaxed yet memorable setting for birthdays, engagements, and casual gatherings. Their riverside charm makes them some of Ravenswood’s most sought-after spaces for any occasion.

THE LOUNGE BAR

CAPACITY: Seated 100 | Standing 400

The Lounge Bar at Ravenswood Hotel blends intimacy with scale, offering versatility for every style of event. Perfect for smaller sit-down gatherings of 30–50 guests, the space can also be hired exclusively for larger seated celebrations of up to 100, or cocktail-style functions of up to 400.

Guests enjoy year-round comfort, with a cosy wood fire in winter and air conditioning in summer. Exclusive hire also provides direct access to the bar and private restrooms, plus two large smart TVs for presentations and the option of a fixed projector and screen.
